I was also about to post that. It had completely passed me by that NSC had been taken over by BHA.

Too many polls are overloading it.
I think there’s an automatic thing that slows people down when they start posting too much.
I think it also applies it to duplicate accounts that those people create to try and bypass it.

You may need to run a malware remover. Sometimes those porn sites can put all sorts of crap on your computer.
