I think Fulham are in pole position for Hemed as they have someone we want. Also, we'd still need another striker in to consider letting him go.

You have to say well done to the club on this one. He's exactly what we needed and ticks most of the boxes pretty well.
With regards to the Dutch league being inferior, we need to consider that any player with his goal record (45 in 127 games and that probably includes substitute appearances) playing in the top league in England or Spain would cost over twice as much.
