Always loved this pic of Marco Tardelli from the 1982 World Cup final, has always embodied the passion of the game for me, particularly when scoring such a big goal.

Garry Nelson was a great striker.
Look at the huge crowd on the east terrace. 26,000 at the game. Reminds me of quite a few happy evenings under lights and afternoons in the 1970's when I was just one of 33,000 (plus thousands more than Bamber didn't record in the books!),
The club's now back to its natural size with a huge following.
