The first Sussex derby of the new season in the National South when Bognor entertain Whitehawk at Nyewood Lane.
It promises to be another entertaining game.
Get there if you can, it's a lovely evening.

Anyone going should get a chance to see young Albion midfielder (from Hastings) Archie Davies, who has joined the Hawks on loan today until January. Also former player Connor Tighe (and Tom Cadman, if he has recovered from injury) should be involved.

4 goals in first half and currently 4-2 to hosts and a red card for Whitehawk! Sounds like an exciting one for the crowd there!

An exciting game and a deserved scoreline for Bognor who will regret that they didn't put away a few more of the many chances they created. Bognor are looking like they should be able to hold their own in the league but Whitehawk look although it may be a long season for them.

The sending off meant whitehawk had no real chance to win the game. Bognor ripped apart both the left and rights backs of whitehawk all night. Could have been a couple more with some close chances going in.

Bognor have quite a few players who could play at a higher level. Amazing how they compete on their budget compared to others in the leagues around them.

They try to have a squad of less than 20 players so keep the cost down. You can understand how the likes of prior etc left for wages that were at least double that they were on

They showed last season Prior wasn't needed. Ollie Pearce is banging in goals for fun and carried on from last season. A decent loan from the Albion wouldnt go a miss, but i suspect Jamie Howell had the Albion connections. Eastbourne Boro haven't had he best of starts though.
