I can see Steve Coppell. Hard to know where to start with naming these - need to paste some numbers onto them and then we can deal with what's missing?

That would take a lot more time than I was willing to spend! Rubbing out the names and cropping them to avoid duplicates took long enough. More a fun thing to see how many obscure ones people could spot.
