Bit of a chance leaving it to rumours of being POTG, non? Used to always be able to buy Gordon tickets from the bus driver of the coach going up to the course from Chi bus station. And of course if all else fails you can always watch for free from Trundle Hill. Enjoy!

No. You're "encouraged" to wear a jacket and tie. Not compulsory.
No shorts though. Saw a prat get turned away.

So it's the Stewards Cup tomorrow and I managed to spend an hour or so studying form this afternoon and this is the output from my deliberations:
As per normal it's a very very difficult one, so will look out for Saturday morning punts/gambles! However, I do reckon that Dean Ivory has maybe laid out Eirene for this one.?
It was only 4-1 in a Group 3 at Ascot latest and was eased when beaten. It is now 1lb less in a handicap and at 28-1 (the win) on Betfair and at 5-1 first six finish looks good value for me.
