No we didn't. We got to the playoffs because we accumluated the 6th most points over the course of a 46 game season. We were the 6th best side in the league.

Right now, even talking about play-offs or promotion is just ridiculous, whether the chance has gone or not, at this point it should be irrelevant. All we should be concentrating on now is getting away from the bottom 3 and fast. Hopefully we can revisit whether promotion is gone or not once we're clear of the bottom places, but not before.

Promotion seemed imminent under Gus. Since then it has not. We done very well under Oscar last season, but we probably did not deserve our play off spot. Had he stayed another season, we probably would have improved.
