I agree with everything else you say, but Qatar? Slaves are building the stadia, and are dying whilst doing so. Is that really what you want to support?

The prices of tickets are disgusting, particularly when you could end up with a dud game in applying, like 5th placed Oceanic play off winner versus, I dunno, England.
Joking apart, whilst I don't believe everything you see on the telly, the constant worry coupled with the cost is a deterrent. I think England are touring Australia later that year, which is altogether a more appealing prospect.
