I accept that you will think differently, but I am certain that a crap deal was not sought deliberately. May would have been a bloody hero if she could have got us out of all responsibilities whilst keeping all benefits, but that is an unobtainable fantasy. Surely you can see that now?

Not sure if this has been posted previously. I doubt it will change the minds of any of the leave voters on here much, if at all, it is a good argument for the ideal of the EU, and I wonder if there is any version of a better EU that would bring leavers back into the fold?

Heard very similar on a 5Live phone in a couple of weeks back, caller seemed quite normal at first then said along the lines of " MP's that seek a soft or no Brexit will be taken outside and hung, that's what you do to traitors in wartime " Almost impossible to believe that amount of hatred about leaving the EU. I wonder how he would have coped under the Russians in East Europe after the war ?
