Make it with slow cooked shoulder of lamb.

Probably another recipe but I would never be seen walking out of Harrods with mince.

I like the idea of using a different piece of lamb (never tried it) rather than mince but I can get decent enough mince without slowcooking, its not a dinner party so mince is fine

Thanks Chef. I am used to SA prices where I can get a kilo of fillet steak cheaper than a shoulder of lamb and lamb mince is hard to come by

Lamb is so expensive in this country and I have no idea why, they must be the second/third most farmed animal in this country?

In fact, when I lived in the US, they don't even eat lamb? (I could be wrong).
