Thought the odds were great for this bet
6/1 for 1 winning Fav at Doncaster today, but due to a technical fault Sky are saying the bet now stands at 1/8
As that's what the odds should of read in the first place
Fair or unfair ?
Obviously I knew it was a mistake but still thought they would have hounored the bet

It's like buying a £100 item on Amazon for £1. You know it's wrong but give it a try anywhy.
More interested on how they found out. On Amazon it probably has something that checks previous prices, but there is no way a bet can be checked automatically if it's a one off.

Yeah they've got you by the balls under the "palpable error" chestnut.

It's laughable, in the shops they make balls ups all the time and the staff simply lay the bet as they either don't have the knowledge to notice it's wrong or don't give a shit as it's not their money, when It comes to paying out the staff get the flak off the irate punter and the one that made the balls up get off scot free.
