I think there are a number of players in those teams that as individuals are better than we have , not sure if many though would fit the CH way of playing and the concept of team.

Bloody hell: twice in a thread that I've agreed with you. Sturridge has plenty of talent but clear issues. Somebody else mentioned Arnautovic- good player but strikes me as having the sort of attitude that we don't want or need in our squad. I imagine Shaqiri can be a bit sulky too.
I thought Mawson was pretty hit & miss yesterday- gave the ball away in the run up to one of our goals. He's far from the finished article. I think Dunk is better than him currently.

That said, when he's trying he's a tremendous player. At their place, we'd have easily won if they'd been without him - they had nothing else to offer at all going forward.
I think Stoke and Palace are both one-man teams.

So that is what that team is. Though Butland is an upgrade on Ryan, Bertrand on Bong/Suttner, Zaha on Knocky/March and Doucoure is better than Stephens or Propper, imo.
