I can understand letting Goldson go out on loan if replacing him with better quality but if not he should stay as Dunk/Duffy will miss games over the course of this season

The top striker is the main requirement at the moment.

The rest :

- 2nd striker to replace Hemed
- Defender to allow Goldson to go out on loan
- 3rd choice keeper

is of much lesser significance until after we've landed the main recruit.

Both Dunk and Duffy will miss matches due to suspension. Also wonder if Ranocchia has experience of playing alongside 2 other centre backs. Changing to 3 at the back with wingbacks could be useful against some of the bigger teams.

I have heard that Dunk has an offer to go to Liverpool in January for £30m. He hasn’t signed the contract yet, but undoubtedly is mulling things over. The club are making provision if he goes, that’s all
