I think we should have a poll for the best/worst lounge hosts. Unfortunately, i don't know who all the lounge hosts are so will have to leave it to someone else

Maybe the club are introducing a no ginge policy! All that pale skin and freckles were putting people off their food.

That's why I think the Harry Potter stories are way too far fetched. Who has heard of a ginger kid with TWO mates?????

Regardless of what has happened between the club and Kerry now, I'll always love him. He's one of us - blue and white through and through.

For those that don't place him in the 'Albion legend' category, you have completely different standards to me.

Agree, a local lad who spent his whole playing career with the club he supported as a boy and played nearly 370 games is a legend.

As for this situation, he admits he has not been sacked so the muppets on twitter are just making themselves look juvenile. Perhaps he himself should not have broadcast the matter without giving all the facts but that's twitter for you. Post now regret at leisure!!!

Not exactly sure what hosts should do but would imagine they should be socialising and mixing with those in the lounges, not just reading out numbers and then buggering off to a back room somewhere. They are in effect marketing the club to it's sponsors and fans and if they do a good job then those will more than be willing to come back. Judging by some of the comments of those in the 1901 the hosts currently don't do that much!

Yet (when talking about Murray for example), some of our fans suggest there's little/no emotional attachment to clubs so it's not a problem if a player joins a clubs fierce rival. I personally have always said it's a huge disrespect to join a clubs rival like Murray did - but tend to be in a minority.. So which is correct?!

Neither's correct, it's an opinion.

Also the only Ex-player I ever encountered on the top deck of the number 5 bus, on his way to Withdean.

As I understand it he was looking for help getting a ticket, for the team he supports. I suspect he has very few loyalty points and may not even be registered to purchase tickets. If this is the case he has little or no chance of going through the proper channels to obtain a ticket and there are plenty of people on Twitter who appreciate him enough to offer help. From the clubs point of view it probably makes sense to freshen up the club ambassadors and yes ex-players should not expect complimentary tickets, it just put him in an awkward situation. Still these days everyone seems to love a drama.

Nicely said. These threads are a bit depressing, bringing out of the woodwork people who seem to take an odd delight in slagging off a long-serving player. I'd say the club are big enough enough these days to cope with the odd stupid comment thrown in their direction, maybe should be a higher standard for individuals like KM though

Haven't got time to read the entire thread.

Has Kerry explained why he was 'released' from his job?

A female friend of mine was propositioned in a club by Kerry. When she pointed out she had a fella he replied "don't worry, he can join is as well."

From what I have seen it was simply the end of his contract at the end of this league season, which technically was last Saturday so he hasn't got a complimentary seat for the semis.

I am sure he doesn’t really mind paying for the ticket but thought it was harsh to not be invited to the game. He has said that he will be in the North Stand tomorrow.

Same scenario occurred with our daughter, she was very upset at the time.

Really? If this is true twice, it would have been a bit of a bad habit and there would have been complaints about it from others

Could make a good manager, one up front and a sweeper to mop up at the back, allegedly.
