Indeed. Because he stuck his head above the parapet at that original press conference and talked candidly about his life a lot of the questions he now faces are aren't just the standard "How's the hotel? How's training going? Who takes the longest in the shower?" bland questions that footballers are usually asked. If he'd just stuck to the standard anodyne rubbish people would be dismissing him as yet another boring footballer who can't say anything other than "Yeah, the lads dun great".
Top lad. Dealt with the interviews yesterday very well. Excellent dry humour at the start. And a massive eulogy to the captain. Ten out of ten for me.

He was asked questions during an interview and answered them. None of which seemed to be very controversial.

I'm a fan of left footed players playing on the left hand side really in general its as simple as that, and Rose is our best option for that in my opinion.

Hasn't had much game time this season, but he looked sharp and dynamic in that friendly at Leeds with Costa Rica. I like him, no qualms about him starting tomorrow.
