This from the chart authorities via Skint:

NO worries about multiple purchases. For a release like ours the chart authorities
consider it perfectly reasonable that people buy multiple copies - there are thousands of us and they realise that we'll buy some for mates etc. THEY WILL ALL COUNT. NO PROBLEM!

Amazon WERE out of stock but they have more in - doesn't matter anyway, every purchase up until Sat night will be processed and will count to this week's chart. And there is a news story here too: despite the massive publicity surrounding the rerelease of Jailhouse Rock and the fact that it will be No 1 by miles this Sunday we have almost definitely outsold him at amazon.co.uk and they will be doing a press release to that end on Monday.....
