Must have been a private flight then, as there are no scheduled flights from Heathrow to East Midlands.. There again there are lots of execuitive jets, maybe we shouldn't be jumping to conclusions quite yet.

The last ‘ on a plane’ photo does not look like a private jet interior to me. Looks more like a 737 or airbus type interior.
Private flight Heathrow I doubt plus rather a large aircraft to charter.
