As you have taken great delight in saying in the past, 7C is not cold, it's at best average for the time of year.

It is average but the coldest for 3 weeks that is how mild it has been, interesting to see if we get a 17C somewhere in the UK on Christmas Day

There should be a slight frost Boxing day night so the morning on the 27th before the QPR game should feel a bit more wintery

Thank you. I don't know what we'd do without you.

I don't get the nastiness. I am not in control of the weather and the fact December has been a total write off. I will not be contributing to this thread again. Happy Christmas

Ooooh, a Christmas flounce :flounce::flounce:

To be fair though, it's hardly your fault......I really like the informed views you put across on here. Happy (mild and damp) Christmas

Just for fun, the current GFS Operational shows the potential into the New Year.

The latest GFS ensemble looks very interesting

Perhaps the week long Aslef rail strike might coincide with snow?

when did it last snow on Christmas day in Brighton?

When was the last time the UK had a white Christmas?
The last widespread White Christmas in the UK was in 2010. It was extremely unusual, as not only was there snow on the ground at 83% of stations - the highest amount ever recorded - but snow or sleet also fell at 19% of stations.

So we may of had it in Brighton , but I don't remember it , but i can't remember the Albion Albion Albion song most games .

I'd take a nice bit of frost right now. Anything white will do!

Cheshire Cat

The most curious thing..
Has the Daily Express favoured us with its forecast yet?

Blue sky and mild here.
