In far more timely fashion, than of late, I've knocked out a match report ALREADY.

As frustration started to creep in, on the verge of half time, the home side were back in front. Another glorious counter attacking goal - every bit as good as Zamora's against Huddersfield. Bruno cleared the ball from the Albion box, to Hemed just outside - who cushioned it to Knockaert, bursting out of the traps. The Frenchman sprinted fully 80 yards, leaving Spearing in his wake, before cutting back for Zamora 8 yards out. The Albion number 25 improvised a back heeled flick into the path of strike partner Hemed, who calmly rolled the ball past the out-rushing Amos. Breathtaking.

Excellent stuff. Could watch Tomer's goal over and over. A thing of beauty

Yes it really really was, much has been made about Knockaert and Zamora's part in creating it, and rightly so, but don't foget Hemed's delightfully clever finish.

Such an underrated player is Tomer. Does so much for the team, much of it unseen by the casual observer. So pleased his goal touch seems to be returning too.

Was it a penalty in the first half? Seeing it live from the ESU, it looked a 'nailed on' pen, but I've not seen any replays to confirm or otherwise

I honestly don't think Knockaert is getting enough credit for staying on his feet, he could easily have gone down under the challenge of the fat little Scouser wearing a shirt which was too small for him. But he didn't, he galloped like a gazelle and then had the composure and class to pick out little Bobby Zamora. What a wonderful footballer.
