When we used to sit in the family stand, almost in the ne corner, there was guy that would every now and then shout out and have a go at the north stand... He'd get really wound up and shout out 'we need your support north stand' etc...
I can understand losing your cool with the football going on in front of you but to have a go at the crowd yet no one in particular? Very odd...

If drink has been taken then people around my vicinity will probably assume I am a bit of a nob. Embarrassed myself with early use of the C word to the ref on one occasion, still cringe thinking about the looks I got.

I'm glad I don't sit near you! On the other hand I'm sure you are glad you don't sit near me. My former next door neighbour in W1G died last year.

In the first couple of seasons at the Amex this young bloke would sit with his friend and loudly declare that any player that he recognised from the 'Premyarship' was 'amaaazing' and anyone else was 'reelly sxxt' which could get wearing. When he came with his dad, the grumpy old man would shout out 'shoot' but only at the most inappropriate moments.

My own dad had the habit at the Goldstone of saying 'here's a goal' whenever the opposition broke and then 'saw that coming' whenever they scored.

Sadly that was me on Friday.

As Baker loomed into view I said:-

'Blimey he's a big lad, this could be trouble'.
Closely followed by
'told you'.

I embarrass my self sometimes with some of the stupid stuff that pops out of my mouth at times. I just have to sit there cringing and telling myself to shut the **** up and hope no one else heard.

Who is the Guy in SW corner who organises the flags? Fair play to the bloke he tries to create an atmosphere and is a funny and jovial chap but let's say he language can be a little errr tasty. Not that I mind, it is a football match but you could see a few people wincing at his bellowing.

I was going to say this. I usually sit in the North but changed to the SW corner for the Norwich game and I found it peculiar that someone who is surrounded by kids spent so much energy shouting abuse at the opposition.
SW corner was weird one for me, lots of individuals shouting but nobody seemed to want to sing as a group. To some songs that I could hear coming from the North it was as if only me and a young lad a few seats along knew them.

Theres a dick who sits a few rows behind me in the NW corner who *really* hates Bong. Doesn't matter how well Bong plays this bloke makes it very clear what he thinks of him at every opportunity, week in week out.

I've got two of those. Does my head in, sometimes he can be frustrating to watch and occasionally deserves the odd comment, but it is non stop and they NEVER praise him when it is clearly deserved. I confronted them on the subject twice to; surprise surprise, racist jokes about the size of his dick and whether or not we're related!! (I'm caucasian)

Why can't there be an idiots section in a stand ( a very large section though) you have family sections and singing sections so why not.
Stewards can be asked to listen out for idiotic behaviour and eject them forcefully into the idiots section.
After 10 games the stadium would be cleansed of idiots allowing sane fans to enjoy the match.
Can you imagine the concourse in the idiots section it would resemble a sketch from Monty Python.

Luckily not. Front row corner of the West Upper. Don't like the height but it has enough of the near the North, easy to get out to make it pretty perfect.

Sat in the expensive centre line West Upper once. Never, never again....

Moan, moan, moan, moan, repeat what the pundits say as analysis etc....

Glad to hear it  I'm sure Tony Meolas Loan Spell et al may get annoyed with my occasional rants, usually at the ref tbf.. Heat of the moment usually
