Probably pop down the beach hut. At least I'll be able to stop 170,000 people pissing on it.

No because they are inherently lame.

When I was 5, I went to see the Queen inaugurating St Dunstan's near Rottingdene. We stood around for ages, waving Union flags. She arrived in a big car and I didn't get to see her. It was a total waste of time. I have been a republican ever since. Mark my words, there will be young kids dragged along to the Parade on the weekend who will have their tiny minds warped by the boredom and tinpottery, and may well grow up dissolute, degenerate, and possibly even turn to Alice. Be warned!

At least you weren't the only person who didn't see her.....

From The Argus:

"Bus convoy carrying the club's players, staff and directors along with Brighton and Hove City Councillors".

Sounds like one massive jolly for our local politicians. Will there be room for the players once Warren Morgan's ego is on board?

The more I read of this sanitised event the more I think not me. Freeloading councillors and if I dare misbehave banned from the Amex

I'm gonna go for a crowd of 10,000 with the club announcing 175,000

If Diane Abbott is counting, that looks a surprisingly close guess.

Why are the councillors on the bus? That means if you want to cheer the players you will also have to cheer in the councillors direction.

This reminds me of John Terry collecting winners medals in full kit when he hasn't actually played..
