[Technology] O/T Advice on best broadband supplier in Goring

We are getting really tired of the poor signal and customer services of Virgin Media in the Goring area.

Can anyone in this area recommend a supplier with a nice strong reliable signal?

Zen, through BT Openreach hardware. They've been award winning for years and are reasonable value.

I still carried on with Virgin TV.

TBH, it's more likely that you happen to live in an area with a dodgy exchange / wiring - most providers use the same wires to get the signal to your house, and there is not much difference if you are just getting your signal down a copper wire originally provided by BT. So switching away from Virgin may not get you much of a result (and no, I do not work for Virgin!).
Try a couple of sites such as https://www.uswitch.com/broadband/postcode_checker/ (there are plenty of similar sites), then run a speedtest on your line at different times of day to see how speeds compared with the quoted (inflated) speeds on the comparison sites
