Where is the poshest place to eat in Brighton?

I know a Michelin star doesn't necessarily denote poshness but it probably helps give your dining experience the extra kudos that you're looking for

64 Degrees isn't posh but it's by far the best food in the City & you'll get a 6 too if you book ahead. If you want old school ties & traditional French food then take out a mortgage and go and eat at Le Gavroche in Mayfair cos you don't need a suit to eat anywhere in Brighton

Pike & Pine on St James's street.

I always think Riddle & Finn's in the South Lanes looks rather fancy.

The Coal Shed is surprisingly classy for the area.

It's OK if you try the Sharing Platter.... obviously if you are on your own, don't bother if you have to share.
