The offending family were in my local after the game. Kids very excited about whole thing. Very young and very sweet, so jollied along with them in their excitement. Learnt from younger kid that half the family Chelsea/Brighton half and half supporters, and the other half Arsenal/Brighton half and half supporters. Lovely kids. Couldn’t bring myself to engage in any kind of conversation with the adults. They looked rather smug, but somehow.....somehow..... soulless?

Bet half the people moaning about it on here also couldn't be bothered to go the Palace game, and I'm more annoyed about that than about some kid who likes Hazard getting his shirt.

We all know that loads of people in Sussex have come to support the big clubs whilst we were messing around in the bottom divisions, this won't change overnight. Getting them to be 50-50 Chelsea-Brighton is a damn good start, give it another decade or two and if we stay big our core support will grow.

However, I so disagree that you reckon that they are valid reasons.

In the second banning case, the guy had been a sth the ground opened, and has done the mileage for 47 years.

He has a bit of a mental disorder of which only effects him, in so much that a massive depression comes on when least expected, so can't socialise when this happens.

This was probably brought on by a mother dying and his marriage ending within the space of three months.

It was all explained by e mail and in person at The Amex.

How do I know this? Easy, it was myself.
