They have different days off each week and the players negotiate with management what days they have off. It often depends on fixture lists. I was gobsmacked when I found out that they actually train sometimes on Sundays after matches
Not at all.......will be mostly recovery work - light training the day after speeds up recovery (removes lactic acid from the muscles etc which would otherwise linger for a few days - assuming they have put a shift in). I also suspect anyone who didn't get a run-out on Saturday would be participating as well.

Stockdale was also on SSN at Craven Cottage earlier on, although Akinfenwa stole most of the limelight. Stockdale seems to be one of the jokers of the squad, and said the aim if for 15 clean sheets this season, last season was 18! Also getting ribbed a fair bit by Akinfenwa about his car and the amount he earns.
