I heard the 'rusty holding tank' had Illuminatti symbols all over it and was actually secretly put there by Carol Smilie, who's one of the major players in controlling humanity.
I wouldn't rule out agent Neil Smillie either often left a trail behind him.

I think I heard that. Wasn't there a hint of an algae breakout too? Am I right in thinking they also said it most probably wasn't from a ship as the sea lanes are monitored far more than I realised?
