Have just taken a punt on a pair of Runderwear boxers. If I use tights alone I get a shocking case of Angry Scrotum, if I use boxers the legs ride up and if I use briefs I get chafing so it's worth a stab. I'll report back if they turn out to be any good.

Thanks for the update. Likewise I daren't mess with it, but my 5k SB and AG times seem to have reverted to [MENTION=15605]knocky1[/MENTION] 's previous version. They should be 22:40 and 71.99% respectively (for the time being, hopefully, until the effects of my marathon training are tried out properly on a Parkrun ...)

How does one get on this table?
20 deutschmark sent Western Union to Knocky1 should do it.
Note down your times and I'll put you in. All times are PB except 5k which is SB and PB, due to the ease of Parkrun info. Also the table data inputter being biased towards shorter distance running.
The age grade is based on any event done in the current year.

I've been looking for a new writing project to unleash the jumbled thoughts in my head on the general public (well, ok, my mum and five of my friends) and have decided to diary the year's worth of training that may - hopefully - lead to a full Brighton Marathon in 2019.
