Hopefully this will distract other readers from the angst of worrying about cover for Baldock/No 10 role.
We can't afford to have last season's December injury crisis in February just after the transfer window has closed and Aston Villa have hoovered up practically every player available.
They will have as many players as Darren Bent has pairs of trainers at this rate, even if they miraculously ditch McCormack before the deadline
McCormack could repeat history and drive himself down to QPR to force the issue, assuming he can get his gates open.
