No... it doesn't. The black didn't move and it wasn't called touching, so for me it didn't hit. Anyway, the most experienced ref in the world was a few feet away and he made the call.

Amazing from Higgins to get back into this.

I thought that on the first viewing of it, but not on any subsequent viewings.

My reservation is that Selby thought it hit and he was the closest to it (and has far younger eyes than the referee).

Not sure. I've watched it about 20 times and I still can't decide. Tough call. Glad I don't have money on it!
