Its been excellent. (But i haven't voted)

We've brought in Dunk's replacement for when he is sold to Liverpool on the 31st, we've got wages freed up from Murphy's loan, all of which covers the Loan fee and wages for Lionel Messi til the end of the season, safety guaranteed, job done.

More laughable transfer madness: Mkhitaryan's agent, Mino Raiola, has now told The Times: "Mkhi is going to do what is best for him. He has two-and-a-half years left on his contract so it's his decision.

"Sanchez is part of the Mkhi deal, not the other way around."

Disappointing, to put it mildly...it would seem neither the club nor our manager are an attractive proposition.

I think we are the victims of trying to be to clever and trying to sign players we have little chance of securing. Personally would have been happy signing players from the championship that are better than what we have.

I can't decide whether it is a round window or a square window.

Get ready. To play. What's the day?

Well, we haven't got a new striker, and it's not Saturday yet!

What is there to rate? We've done nothing other than selling Murphy and buying some Irish unknown

Yes, but we're the best in the business when it comes to buying Irish unknowns. Quality ones too, that stay unknown and don't suddenly change overnight.

Is it worth asking Leicester if we could borrow Leo till end of season.

Would not surprise me if we did exactly that if all other options are exhausted. I would not be unopposed either if we really were desperate.

Why? He's scored 7 goals in 49 games over the last 3 seasons. Glenn Murray has one less than that this season alone. We need a striker with something different to offer, not one who is pretty much a slightly younger identikit version of the one we currently have.

Is that young Arsenal striker Akpom still available to loan?

After all he did get a hat trick against our reserves once, and may genuinely be the best option left to us after the other strugglers have snapped up their men?
