Just checked my confirmation is email we've been charged £8 in fees for 4 tickets. All booked online.

Only charged £1 for Bournemouth and nothing for Barnet as printed at home
That's wrong, it is £1 per ticket

Odd, each of the 4 tickets is lisited with a £1 fee after as
Adult 21-65
£30.00 (£1.00)
And then in the subtotals there is a booking fee of £4 too.

I'll ping off an email to supporter services. They are normally pretty good
I expect you got charged a premium for constantly logging on and blocking up the system to check on seats sold

Am in the hopeful 2nd group trying to buy today. Looking at the ticket site the buy now button is pink and I can't click on it. Is that right as I don't have enough points for the first group? Can't remember if it only changes when the clock strikes 9am? I'm logged in by the way.
