The Bobby Charlton match was the first I went to on my own without my Dad when I was ten. I was desperate to see Bobby Charlton play. Yes he was Player-Manager.

For the superstitious it is number 13 on a undefeated run (this season only). PNE went 18 games w/o defeat last season.

I'm sure I went to this as well, for some reason I think it was the first Albion game to be played on a Sunday. Perhaps someone with a better memory can confirm this, if it was ,what was the reason?
