Worthing
I'm not saying Corbyn doesn't deserve some credit for increasing the vote - 8 weeks ago I'd have pissed myself silly writing that. Isnt, however, the reason why the Labour party vote (and Tory) increased because the UKIP vote had to go somewhere? Brexit indirectly increased the Labour vote.

Yes, in fact it was the most votes the Tories had received since 1983 and the most Labour had got since 2005 (apparently).

Recognising incompetence = vote Corbyn ! I doubt whoever the Tory leader was would made any difference to some Labour voters. The mantra some people follow is anyone but the Tories (boy do they mean anyone) plus free stuff is very compelling.

The Comical Ali of NSC Toryism. There are no Labour voters in the polling stations! Theresa will reign for a 1,000 years!!! :lolol::lolol:

Can 2nd place, lord it over 1st. Just asking

Good enough for Albion :)

We know the rematch is coming mate - you must be bricking it ;)

What is the liklehood of another election in about 6- 9 months with Boris leading the Tories?

What about dear old Amber Ruderless? Labour have never taken out a sitting Tory prime minister - we want to make proper history :)

You don't think May was incompetent then? You don't think Corbyn completely overshadowed her on the stump? You don't think voters should vote for the best candidate? You don't think voters should get answers to their questions? You don't think candidates should actually meet real voters? You don't think candidates should have the guts to take part in a televised debate against other party leaders? You don't think candidates need anything more than just trite, puerile, sound bites?

It turned out that was the case. Yes he did. Yes I do (define best). Yes if they are honest answers. Yes I think they should. Debatable they are overrated media s#itstorms but on balance probably yes. I think they need more than that.

Your go. If a far right fringe MP suddenly became Tory Leader of the opposition by accident would you trust him/her? If a Tory potential PM had a vote of no confidence passed in his own party by a huge margin would you think a principled politician would resign? If a Tory potential PM supporting the terrorists aim had been hanging out with and commemerated people blowing up your fellow citizens and military personnel for most of his early political career would you trust him? If he appointed a number two who openely supported a terrorist organisation doing the same would you trust him?

Good point on the Albion!

Can't wait for the rematch when those 2 vote students go back to mummy and daddy's house in the country and Corbyn sees his mass uni block crumble😀😀

Looking at the mail on Sunday front page I'd say pretty good.

Maybe for previous generations, especially the boomers who had everything. If anything the younger people are getting more left as they get older.

The younger generation in the USA and continental europe are becomming more rightwing, the UK is bucking that trend so far.

She will be gone soon. Well done, I didn't think you had a chance but events have conspired to give your lot a realistic chance of taking over. The Tories forgot promising free stuff always plays well.

****ing genius. You couldn't write this stuff and indeed, you barely can.

Be quiet halfwit, its only you that appears to have a problem with them. If people were queing up to spout your garbage you may have a point, you are though out on a limb just making excusses. So learn to read and try to endulge in debate, and I bet youve been told that plenty of times.
