I notice that CH said the Albion players wouldn’t have played at Anfield before.

However Dunk will have vivid memories of the last FA cup game and this own goal

After that game finished 6-1 he clearly lost confidence and Poyet dropped him fir quite a while. I wonder if he will be just a little bit nervous tomorrow. What chance another deflected own goal?

He’ll get one at the other end. Karma.

Him and Salah may well both be trying to break goalscoring records.

It could make goalmouth scrabbles interesting.

That OG would only have been better had his final touch smashed it in to the roof of the net. First touch crap, second touch worse, third touch - Too late.

Sometimes you have to embrace these things, look back and laugh.

Controversial I know, but I spoke to a Liverpool fan a few years back who said that he was in line with the goal line and ball was not over the line. The ref gave it, not the linesman.

He's come on since then - he makes sure they hit the back of the net now!

I was at the home end and directly in line with the goal line. I have absolutely no doubt that it went over the line.

I hesitate to say this, given that we still have one more game to play, but on a Dunk note: this must be the most disciplined season of his career.

Seven yellows and no reds? I'm not sure he's ever gone a full season without getting sent off before, though I'm happy to be corrected if somebody knows better.

Hope I've not just jinxed him
