Albion U-23s stretch their unbeaten record (in all competitions) to 13 matches (their loss against Swansea City in the Premier League Cup last week came in the penalty shoot-out after the match finished in a draw).

Albion's record in those matches:-

P:13 W:10 D:3 L:0 F:36 A: 5

Albion are now within touching distance of securing a play-off spot in Premier League 2 Division Two. If Wolves don't win against Middlesbrough on Thursday and Fulham fail to beat Southampton on Friday, Albion secure their spot with two games still left to play.

2nd game I have seen. Several good players but Sanders looks outstanding. Spoke to someone there who said he has scored 8/9 goals from midfield. Could be sub on Saturday

The 4th goal was comical. West Brom’s aptly named keeper Palmer, palmed it into his own net, thinking he was tipping it over the bar. Good performance by us. We fielded a strong team, but they also had 2 internationals playing ( Chadli and Burke).

Well I think we can fairly safely say none of them are First Team Ready.

If you're not going to boot the ball up field to the big 'lad', who's standing 2 yards off-side, you're not going far with the Albion.

Their CB, Gabr, has played 18 times for Egypt. Field has played 15+ games for their first team. Leko is highly rated and has played 10+ times for their first team, and 10+ times for Bristol City on loan this season. Plus Chadli and Burke. That was a strong team for them as well.
