There's chaos in the aftermath of an incident like this. In the immediate aftermath of the Stockholm incident, a guy was arrested almost immediately, who turned out not to have been involved in any way. Just as well the Swedish police didn't follow your advice.

What they did to that guy, whether or not he did it, was barbaric.

I bought the components from a Dutch guy last year after doing a ton of research. If you are up for it...let me know.
