He needs to Keep Right and not Give Way to his thieving tendencies, or he may find himself on a Slippery Road. Maybe his employers could send him for councilling?

All the signs?? There are 140 pages worth of traffic signs alone. https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/519129/know-your-traffic-signs.pdf Stealing them all sounds a bit unlikely to me.

Makes me wonder, with the amount of CCTV about, I would've thought the authorities would've acted before he'd actually finished lifting them. The man hours now involved in replacing them and the endangerment to road users because of their removal got me thinking there must be a more plausible medical reason for this purloining
