It will be sold cheaply to someone who will use it for a moving restaurant or similar and no doubt will be a success ! The only people who lose out are the Brighton & Hove Tax payers!!

Sounds nice. Maybe have the kitchens at the bottom, serve the food to everyone while it's at the bottom, then up she goes. Or maybe have a dumbwaiter installed in the middle!
