He may be a wind up merchant with posts like this one as it's so obvious. Other times I am not so sure. This is a forum, if people post stupid or controversial stuff then others will respond. Are you suggesting that everyone should simply ignore him? That seems more cruel than biting.
Anyone complaining about those of us who give BG a hard time need to remember posts like this:

I'd prefer other posters remembered the abuse, misogyny, threats and general spitefulness.
Quite how he keeps a 'harmless old codger' reputation in the eyes of some is beyond me.

At his age he wouildnt get or expect £100k per week anywhere. If he expects that he should retire now.

Anyway we are overlooking one other thing. As a CB cover (replacement for Conroy Goldstone) he's not exctly the hungry up and coming lad with prospects that we currently seem to favour.

I know people who have met BG. He’s a wind up, all the time. Might not have started off as one, but he certainly is a full time WUM
now.
If people stopped biting he’d get bored and either post normally or stop posting. Neither seem like terrible options to me.
