Let’s face it - the club’s ticketing system is pretty rubbish.
If they get the loyalty points wrong and use archaic methods for selling season ticket seats, I’m not sure what the club expects.
I haven’t seen a letter but I bet it’s full of the usual patronising garbage Barber comes out with where we all terrible people for manipulating the system. And none of it will be his fault - oh no....

Doesn't apply to me, but if I got a letter I'd write back and say "Well you count the attendance as tickets sold, so therefore I DID go"
