But doesn't that make the advert more effective? It isn't a puritanical message about the dangers of drinking; it's simply saying that it's fine to drink, but when you do, don't drive home. I think it's a very good advert, personally.

I totally agree. Drinking and using your phone can be dangerous.

I think its encouraging that a maker of alcoholic beverages is helping spread a message of safety and responsibility.
