Did an ok job at Sheffield Wednesday I suppose, and is reputedly a very good coach, but this isn't the appointment I expected, and I feel sure he wasn't near the top of Fulham's most wanted list.
This sounds like desperation perhaps it could work with an old man in charge like Warnock, Peter Reid or Steve Coppell.
Peter Reid
Not going to be on the training ground much but very experienced and well respected in the game with a lot of contacts. No worse a suggestion than Coppell as I think they both left their last jobs at much the same time.
When did Peter Reid last coach in England? I genuinely can't remember.

'Head Coach' has Oscar Garcia written all over it...
No one else suggested Coppell it was only you. So another shocking suggestion.
Anyway I think they are going for the Ex Watford boss.
