Interestingly, the temperature here in Worthing has dropped from about 8.5C to 5.9C in about 45 minutes. Windchill temp showing as 2C.
Is this interesting as in snow or just wow that got cold quick

Trains not running between Eastbourne and Hastings due to poor conditions at Pevensey.
Have just been to collect my car from North st Garage in Lewes and they are anticipating a full flood at high tide tonight. Worst it has been since the major floods in 2000.

IF that happens there is a fair chance Lewes station and tracks will also flood which means no trains to Falmer from the east.
