Can the OP clarify the rules. I'm not sure if this one counts as it's more a case of the film referencing the song, which became the title of the film, which meant that the song referenced the film retrospectively as at the time the song was originally released the film didn't actually exist yet.

Nothing to do with the film That'll be the Day, but Buddy Holly took the line from the film The Searchers, in which Ethan Edwards (played by John Wayne) uses the phrase continually through the film

I have a 103 song Spotify Playlist referencing songs like this. Clearly too many to list now, but it is fair to say Iron Maiden are probably the kings of songs with film references. Even their name matches a Kirk Douglas film title.

Songs by Iron Maiden referencing films are;
Where Eagles Dare
Phantom of the Opera
Murders in the Rue Morgue
Children of the Damned
Quest for Fire
The Duelists
Heaven Can Wait
Alexander The Great
The Loneliness of a Long Distance Runner
Run Silent Run Deep
From Here To Eternity
The Fugitive
Lord of the Flies
The Wicker Man
The Longest Day
The Man Who Would Be King
Final Frontier
