Don’t think Lancing can handle anywhere near 5,000. Perhaps build it next door the Amex?

Possibly could in conjunction with the building of IKEA and the new road layout involved.for that If not what about my other idea re hire Withdean if the price is right. give the money to Brighton Council rather than Crawley FC./council whoever owns their ground.

It's unlikely that an U23 game would require much more than the North stand at Withdean used to hold

Prefer all money and teams kept in Brighton like you suggest.

Don't you think any adjacent land would be much better utilised for car parking? Oh, and what about (eventual) possible stadium expansion? Imagine the irony if this was thwarted by a football ground being in the way! (I know expansion would involve replacing a roof but a whole newish stand was demolished at Molineux.)

You wouldn't object to a ground in Hove, Shirley?

Any news on the severity of Connolly's injury?

Nixon ( Sun ) who has been suggesting Connolly is off to Luton on loan says the injury is 'not serious'.

It's unclear if his info is good on this.

Presumably a Connollly loan to Luton was not dependent on Nathan Jones?

Dependent, maybe not - but surely a factor. New manager might not want to give Connolly game time - and presumably this would have been discussed with Jones. Assuming Connolly's injury is short term, we wouldn't want him going out to sit on the bench, or play for thei youth team.

Dont we have a member of staff dedicated to sorting out loans in and out of the club.

Yes, we quite possibly do, but still their new manager might not want to give Connolly game time - and presumably this would have been discussed with Jones, and assuming Connolly's injury is short term, we still wouldn't want him going out to sit on the bench, or play for their youth team

Amazed Rusk is so high, bearing in mind he would be pretty obscure to non-Albion fans. Does he have a previous connection to Luton?
He doesn't as far as I can see, Jones may have put in a word though ???
