Fiveways
Ryan 8 -- two great saves, the second one was something else. We're really going to miss him, but I hope to see him in the next two games.
Montoya 7 -- did pretty well
Duffy 7.5 -- welcome back
Balogun 5 -- another mistake, can't wait to see DunknDuffy back together again
Bernardo 8 -- love him
March 6 -- mixed bag, but he really should have done better with his one-on-one
Stephens 7.5 -- best game for a long while, also played some delightful long passes to Locadia
Propper 8 -- oozes class
Gross 7 -- did a lot of good work, creative
Locadia 8 MotM -- let's hope he really kicks on now.
Murray 6 -- worked hard, but should have been relieved of his duties much earlier

Subs:
Would love to rate them, but they weren't given enough time to show it.

A great point, enjoyable game, and we had the best chances.

Nailed it, all of that (understand Ryan is flying out tomorrow though).

Ryan 8 -- Absolute class act in every way
Montoya 8 -- Solid, consistent and unlucky to have been booked when Gwendozy won her bafta
Duffy 7.5 -- Kept his head today, led the backline
Balogun 6 -- Needs a proper run of games, still seems slightly rusty - great back up
Bernardo 8 -- Brilliant
March 6 -- Found him slightly frustrating today, needs a confidence boost some how - got ability to beat players but shy's away from it
Stephens 8 -- Best game this season for him in my eyes
Propper 7.5 -- Played well, some great passes and a couple poor ones but overall good game
Gross 7 -- Signs of real quality again, glad he is back and building
Locadia 8.5 MotM -- Chuffed for the lad, worked hard, ran his heart out and scored good goal - unlucky to put wind late on - deserved ovation when subbed
Murray 6.5 -- Should have been off for Andone at 60 mins, done his job today

Subs:
Andone - Always looking to move and make himself a nuisance
Knockaert - Is officially better than Ozil even if only on for 10 mins

Hughton - He is brilliant, love the guy. Would have liked Knockaert and Andone on earlier to really rattle the Arsenal defence, they looked vulnerable. But cannot knock Hughton, knows his stuff!

Ryan 9 - can't have done much more to win us a point.
Montoya 5 - the weakest link defensively and did his usual thing of diving into a tackle after miscontrolling the ball. Offers absolutely nothing going forward either. Lost his man running in behind far too often.
Duffy 8 - came back, looked solid once he got to grips with the types of runs they were making from out to in.
Balogun 6 - some excellent defending punctuated by mistakes. Had two bites at clearing for their goal and got neither right. The one benefit is that his pace allows us to push higher up the pitch.
Bernardo 7.5 - some mistakes mixed in with plenty of quality. Was culpable for their goal alongside Balogun. But those aside, he was excellent. Offers so much going forward too, which is good to see.
March 6 - probably his weakest game in a while. A disappointing finish when in on goal, albeit after a great run. Looked a threat but lacked a killer instinct. Spent a lot of the game ensuring Montoya wasn't too exposed too.
Stephens 7 - just about justified his place back in the side, albeit his inclusion was the catalyst for us being so deep early on. He kept the ball well but also slowed play down on numerous occasions when a more incisive passer would've opened up the opposition. Did some good defensive work though.
Propper 7.5 - better than his midfield partner and looked good offensively again. His inability to convert chances is becoming an issue, although his movement, dribbling and creative passing caused them problems.
Locadia 8.5 - our best outfield player. Defended well, kept the ball well, scored a goal and was incisive with his passing, often picking the right option. Also, his movement is very underrated on here. With a more proactive, inventive twosome in the middle who are willing to spot those runs, he could really cause problems for the opposition.
Gross 5 - there has to come a time soon where his importance to the side is reevaluated. Whilst he worked hard to today and got through a lot of defensive work, his lack of pace in tandem with Murray is a real issue when he's picked in a side without any elsewhere around him. Also, he seemed to give the ball away a lot!
Murray 5 - worked hard, won some headers but never really looked like causing danger. Should've come off earlier.

Andone 6 - some good running, a couple of headers won and unlucky at the end with his run. A decent cameo.
Knockaert 6 - it's strange to see Knockaert be brought on to run the clock down in what amounted to a defensive substitution.

CH 7 - Probably rating him up because he had the foresight to realised it wasn't working and altered our approach towards the end of the first half. Set us up to show them far too much respect again and took out far too much of the pace from our side by starting Gross and Murray. But in pushing us up and cutting out their passing lanes, he gave our players the opportunity to actually play football in the opposition half for once. So he must be commended for that. Even if his substitutions were too late and ultimately ended up being made to consolidate rather than win.

Ozil :lolol: :lolol: :lolol: :lolol:

Didn't see him playing, didn't notice he'd been subbed off. :lolol: :lolol:

£100,000+ a week doesn't get you much, these days.

Ryan 8. Superb. Kept us in the game.
Montoya 7. OK, but based on recent form not the long term replacement for Bruno.
Duffy 8. Good to have him back.
Balogun 7. A good player but needs to cut out the errors.
Bernardo 8. He has turned into a star player. Great game defensively and going forward apart from a couple of heart-in-the-mouth moments towards the end.
Stephens 7. Improved as the game went on.
Propper 7. A quality player, but I still don't think we've seen the best of him.
Locadia 8. The lad's come good. Great goal. Should/could have had another. Great all round performance.
March 6. A crap corner, a lousy shot on goal, and one occasion in the first half when he completely went to sleep while we were taking a throw in. Otherwise a mixed bag.
Gross 7. Looked like he is on his way back to his pre-injury form.
Murray 6. OK, but should have been subbed earlier.

We deserved to win today. Much the best team in the second half. Good to see.

Ryan 9
Montoya 7
Duffy 9
Balogun 7.5 unlucky to have two outstanding centre backs in front of him
Bernardo 8.5 getting better each game

Pröpper 9 such a classy player
Gross 7 some excellent passes
Stephens7 pretty solid display

March 7
Locadia 8 some idiot near me actually booed when his name was read out before the game. I don't get peoples dislike of him, he's hardly had any games.

Murray 6 pretty standard Glenn Murray. Personally I'd have brought him off earlier

Andone should have been given longer to go at a tiring defence.
Knockaert perhaps could have made a difference given more time
