I think the lad himself answered that for you. He openly came out and said, he was taken by surprise by the pace of the game in the PL and he openly stated after the Watford game that he realised that he needed to improve in training and in games. And all credit to him. He has done that and a lot more besides

I'm genuinely so impressed by him. He's not perfect, but we'd struggle to find a better left back for our level and he's got so much potential to improve. I'm going to enjoy watching him whilst he's still with us, because he won't be for long if these performances continue.
