They're amazing.........if you don't boil the shit out of them!

I usually quarter them and fry them in a really hot pan for a couple of minutes. As soon as they turn a more vibrant green they're done

You see, this is why NSC is indispensible. Learn something new and sometimes even useful every day :clap2:

Halved, blanched then fried in butter to caremalise and served with a good pinch of sea salt and dried chilli flakes. Delicious - I even have this with pasta and pesto occasionally (quarter the sprouts rather than halve them, though).

We have a family tradition. Sprounders.

1. Buy sprouts on a stick
2. Take the sprouts off to use as a ball
3. Use the stick as a baseball type bat
4. Luzz the sprouts and smash them with the bat.
