Yet another NSC’er with a great taste in music. Have you read Marr’s autobio? It’s brilliant.

I found it simultaneously riveting (subject matter) and dull (the writing style).

Enjoyed the early life stuff, the formative years, the organic beginnings of the band, the cross-over with Factory / Tony Wilson / Hacienda / Madchester scene, etc,. Lost interest after a bit in the post Smiths stuff, and don't think I actually read all the way to the end. I might try to find where I left it.

I'm sure Gabby will be thrilled to be sat with the sexist, misogynist, woman beating Geoff.

She has interviewed him before and as I alluded to think a strong enough lady with humour to keep GB in his place.

I'm not sure i'd enjoy the exchanges between your choices Ann Widicombe and Hitler though ???

(ok, that's 6, but I can share a seat with the lovely Cate)

Warwick Davies could sit amongst the table decorations surely ?, or maybe in a tureen ?
