Not quite sure if this is a serious post or not, if so, are you embarrassed to talk to a prepubescent child about the human body?
Tell them ladies sometimes suffer with itchy or sore bits, so have a special cream to deal with it. Simple and to the point.
If not, wait until you have to explain religion or politics or war to a ten year old. They'll probably know more about it than your average adult
